Suggested file size is under 500 MB. Please refer to the "help menu" in your software program for assistance with compression. Please be sure that the dimensions of your video are no smaller than or MUCH larger than 320x240. The smaller you compress your video (keeping those size dimensions) the less time for you to upload through YouSendIt.
