Video/DVD Troubleshooting

If you are having issues trying to view the video's on the DVD you've purchased or recieved at a conference, please visit our DVD Options page.

Streaming Video Troubleshooting:

"Low" pertains to low bandwidth streaming "High" pertains to high bandwidth streaming. Please choose a stream that will be dependable with your Internet service provider's bandwidth speed.

If you are having problems trying to view the streaming video content please try the following:

MAC:
Make sure that you have Windows Meda Player 9 for MAC OSX installed.

PC:
Check your Windows Media Player codecs. Learn more about video codecs.

NOTE: You will not be able to save these streaming videos to your computer...
...because you can't save video from a streaming media server. When you click a link to video on a streaming media server, streaming video data from a video file or a live video feed is downloaded to the cache of your Player and then rendered by the Player. Internet content providers stream video to allow your Player to begin rendering the data immediately instead of waiting for a video file to be downloaded. You can't access or save the cached information for the video stream.
