About the Board

The policy-making structure of the 16-member Educational Communications Board provides
for representation from the public and educational interests, as well as from the executive
and legislative branches of state government. The committment is to ensure Wisconsin residents have equitable access to telecommunications services and advanced technologies
in support of educational goals.
