Public Records Notice

The Wisconsin Educational Communications Board (ECB) is an independent state agency responsible for the planning, development and operation of public broadcasting (Wisconsin Public Radio & Wisconsin Public Television in association with the University of Wisconsin-Extension) and educational telecommunications delivery systems.  Policy is determined by a 16-member governing board and executed by the ECB Executive Director and staff.

Members of the public may obtain information and access to ECB public records, or obtain copies of these records, by contacting the legal custodian.  The ECB legal custodian is the Executive Director, Educational Communications Board, 3319 West Beltline Highway, Madison, Wisconsin  53713-4296.  Telephone 608-264-9676

Please make your request for the specific records to the legal custodian during the office hours specified.  Requests which exceed a total cost of $5.00 may require prepayment.  The legal custodian or designee can provide other cost information.  All requests will be processed as soon as practicable and without delay.
