The State of Wisconsin-Educational Communications Board is now offering contractual engineering and other services related to the construction or operation of telecommunications facilities at Wisconsin schools. This service is offered in response to requests from schools without access to other service organizations able to perform systems maintenance. There are two types of service curently available:
- ROUTINE MAINTENANCE - this agreement covers an annual inspection and operational check of the system, and phone consultations as needed. The annual fee depends on the location and type of system. It does not cover needed parts. Please call for a quote for your system and location.
- EMERGENCY SERVICE - this is a "time-and-materials" type service. Response time is within 48 hours of acknowledgement. Fees will depend on location, parts needed and time necessary to complete service.
