This standards-based series documents in stunning detail the United States in the 20th century and addresses traditional history as well as the needs of today's teachers and classrooms.
The events and figures of the past century come to life through archival images, authentic recordings, and other primary source documents, while stunning graphics, colorful maps, engaging narration, and dynamic soundtracks bring each unique period to life. America's diversity is celebrated with spotlights on many individuals and groups who impacted the 20th century. Each program is organized into video "chapters," allowing their use as full-length programs or as focused support for specific curriculum areas.
