From the creators of the Emmy award-winning series Bill Nye the Science Guy, Biz Kid$ teaches kids about money and business and introduces some amazing young entrepreneurs and philanthropists.  Through clever skits, comedy sketches, and messages from the kid hosts, Biz Kid$ teaches the basics of saving, budgeting, investing, and giving back to the community through the real-life stories of some inspiring young people.  You’ll meet Rebecca Charbonneau, a teenager who fulfilled her dream of opening a candy store in her community and also managed to help revive the ailing business district at the same time; skateboard designer and web site creator Jordan Wilstead launched two successful businesses based on his favorite hobbies; and social entrepreneur Ben raised over $85,000 to provide rocking chairs for the hospitals in his community. Compelling adult stories are also included in some episodes. Biz Kid$ is produced in association with Junior Achievement Worldwide and WXXI Public Broadcasting in Rochester, New York.
