Teen Mental Health helps students understand and learn to cope with the problems
of stress, phobias, depression, and the consideration of suicide. Its programs present
positive and encouraging views on these subjects from an adolescent viewpoint, and
tell those struggling with these problems not to give up, for they are not alone.
