ECB Liaisons are your Regional Resources
The ECB works with six regional liaisons across Wisconsin that help educators make the most effective use of instructional television programs and other distance education resources. Liaison services include professional development workshops on implementing instructional television and multimedia in the classroom (including program-specific utilization), datacasting, and offer training with distance education technologies.
Liaison Services subscriptions also provide schools with money-saving benefits. These include
a free copy of Parade of Programs for each teacher; a monthly (September-May) newsletter Interconnect; a 10 percent
discount
on all instructional TV-related materials and tape dubbing (applies to the per-program
dubbing fee only) from the Wisconsin ECB;
and a $10/hour savings for technical consulting from ECB engineering staff (not
applicable to travel time).
