Teaching materials and Tape Dubbing Services are offered by ECB and are available to public and private educational institutions, home-schools, and libraries within the viewing areas of Wisconsin Public Television.

To Order:
1.
   Save this order form to your computer, fill it out electronically or print it out and fill it in by hand.
2.
   Refer to the Teacher Materials for Wisconsin Educators List for item numbers and prices of teacher materials.

  Refer to the Programs Series Title List when requesting tape dubs. Tape dubs are $8.00 per program.
  * Prices include shipping and handling.
3.
   Add 5.5% sales tax to your order
4.
   Please make purchase orders/checks payable to the ECB.
5.
