Students of prize-winning entries receive $100 cash and have the opportunity to go to Wisconsin Public Radio's Madison studios to re-create their program with the help of professional staff.
The winning productions aired statewide on Wisconsin Public Radio; go to Sound Bites to
listen or download them.
All participants receive written critiques of their programs from a panel of judges composed of communication professionals. Names of the winners are announced in the May issue of Interconnect (a monthly newsletter for teachers published by the Wisconsin Educational Communications Board).
