1. Pretend you are the ship secretary. Write an entry for the ship's log for one day during loading of the boat. Include descriptions of at least five things that were loaded that day, and tell why you decided to bring them along.
















2. After you finish loading the ship, record what you loaded onto a chart. Then use the information in the "Help" section to figure out how much each item weighed. Your chart could look something like this:
