| Helps teachers meet the statutory requirement to teach about the history and culture of Wisconsins Indian tribes and lands. Content and cultural advisors from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the Great Lakes Intertribal Council helped determine instructional goals for the video. New Dawn of Tradition is a component of the ECB's Wisconsin Cultural Heritage and Diversity Project, designed to support the study of Wisconsin history and culture in grades 4 through 6. |
